Returns or Exchanges
| Defective products may be returned within 30 days of purchase and will be exchanged, credited or repaired. Merchandise that is not defective may be returned as long as it is unused (don't return items that you have obviously used and expect a refund or exchange). Some products such as vaccines, videos, and books (unless they are incorrectly filled) cannot be returned. When returning merchandise please include your name, address, phone number and the reason for the return. Returns will be credited for the original price of the merchandise (excluding shipping and handling). Manufacturers warranties supercede any warranties by Vet-Vax either expressed or implied. |
