Shipping Policies
To Our Customers
Vet-Vax and all its employees guarantee to provide you with professional products at the best possible prices. Unless requested to do otherwise, we ship via UPS ground service, saving you time and travel. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received, and are double checked for accuracy. Refrigerated items should be shipped 2nd Day or Next Day Air to be guaranteed.

Our online order system is easy to use, but sometimes there are questions and other considerations. If you need to contact Vet-Vax you can call us at 1-800-369-8297. Our hours are 8am - 5pm CST Monday through Friday, and 8am - noon on Saturdays. Our staff will be happy to help you with any questions you might have or with any problems you may be experiencing.

For your convenience Vet-Vax accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Regrettably we are not able to accept check by phone payments.
NO COD Orders: UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.

Please Note
Some items may be marked as shipped FOB. The actual amount for shipping may be different than displayed. We will of course, contact you if there are any differences in shipping costs on your order.

Customers from HAWAII, ALASKA, CANADA and PUERTO RICO: Vaccines will be shipped 2nd Day Air Only - please add this fee when ordering. All other items may be shipped via parcel post, please allow extra shipping time. 2nd Day Air may be requested for all items ordered by adding the appropriate fee. Full freight wil be added to shipments to these destinations.
Candian Customers: Please pay in U.S. funds. No biologicals can be shipped into Canada. Orders will be sent via U.S. Postal Service. All duties will be paid by the customer. Full actual freight will be paid by the customer.
Extra Ice - It is normal procedure to use extra ice for shipping vaccines during hot months to help insure you receive viable product. However, you may order "Extra Ice" at any time. Extra ice can be ordered from the website.
Kansas residents are required to add 8.05% for sales tax on all items for use with non-food producing animals (dogs, cats & horses)
